  • Improve energy efficiency

  • Find solutions to tricky problems

Who are Design Sessions for?

They are for anyone, including businesses, who would like direct access to an architect to help them make better decisions. Do It Yourselfers use Design Sessions to tailor solutions to their project. Builders use Design Sessions to make creative decisions about real problems. Real estate agents recommend Design Sessions to home buyers to help them make better decisions about their new home.

What kinds of projects are a fit?

Design Sessions can support any kind of project. It is more a question of what kind of decisions you’re making.

What services are NOT offered?

Any work that requires the stamp of an architect is outside the scope of Design Sessions and would be additional services and separate costs.

The architect may spend around 2-3 hours per session working on a deliverable for your project. This excludes many labor intensive services like alterations to existing floor plan drawings.

If your project needs services beyond the scope of your Design Sessions we will be candid with you and make arrangements for additional services from either Alchemy Craft & Light Architects or others.
